Yesterday Treasure Valley Properties team took a challenge by climbing new heights. Boise Peak Fitness introduced rock climbing to the team including a belay class. A belayer is the partner on the ground who manages the ropes for the climbers safety. There was also a team building orientation that prepped the team to focus on being present minded, drawing on the team's strengths, maintaining a positive attitude, and overcoming fears. With the rock climbing introduction and team orientation the team was ready to get strapped into their gear and begin their journey. For some team members it was a matter of trusting the belayer, not becoming too frightened to reach their destination, and most importantly trusting themselves. After all of the sweat, heart-beating, and cheers the team's confidence built to a new height. The team agreed that it was an exciting and challenging experience. Now that they teams' confidence has built there are talks about climbing with a blindfold, how is that for a challenge?
