The Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is the third largest employer in Idaho, generating $85 million annually  into state's coffers and 2.52 percent of personal income, according to Boise State University research.

8,452 employees, annual budget of about $1.23 billion, and largest employer in eastern Idaho. 

The research was conducted by Boise State faculty members Black, Don Holley, and John Church.
