The Boise City Council accepted the Terry Day Park gift. The 7-acre proposal park is near Kootenai Street and Federal Way. The plan includes two tennis courts, playground, and a community garden. The proposed location will satisfy an area that needs a new park. The park is in honor of Terry Day who was a resident of Boise and civic volunteer. You can donate to the Terry Day Park and receive a tax deductible through the Heritage Trust Fun. City of Boise Article
