Boise's downtown is growing rapidly with residential developments. Currently there are eleven new developments in the proposal stage or being built within the downtown core.  What does this mean for Boise's development? More construction development and business opportunities. But what about the residents who are trying to sleep, but are awaken by music or loud people walking the streets early in the morning? City ordinance is working on benchmarking other cities such as: San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City, and Seattle and possibly integrating it into Boise's ordinance.  This is an exciting time for Boise's current and future development, but at the same time presents challenges for current and future residents, businesses, and the city.  As ordinances are being evaluated Boise will continue with current developments.
