Now you can take part a bigger part in contributing more to your recycle bins or begin the new year by recycling your products. Now you can recycle plastics numbered 1-7 whether the City of Boise or Allied/BFI in Ada County service you.  For example yogurt and butter container, most plastic bottles and cups, and more can be recycled. Items that are not accepted are Styrofoam, plastic bags, and cling wraps. Last year almost 12,000 tons of material were recycled. For more information call City of Boise Public Works at 384-3901.
